“Our task was to masterplan quarry end-use to deliver the highest and best use of this key parcel of land. Intrinsic to the exercise was not only the optimization of land use but also the establishment of an urban design strategy and ‘vision’ for the site. “THA have been involved with WesTrac Caterpillar in the establishment of new branches throughout NSW since 2003. This has involved finding suitable existing facilities or potential sites for the construction of new buildings. A building template was established which includes offices, rental store, service workshops, parts warehouse and wash bay areas.” (THA)
