Project Description

This project site encompassed detailed examination of a site covering two blocks of the master plan.

The mixed - use program includes 3 residential apartment tower, an internal pedestrian retail street leading to a market and an office tower facing the major boulevard. 

​

The design intent was to create a secondary facade screen to protect the residential facades and balconies from the tropical heat. This screen would form a canopy over the pedestrian retail street and market. Material inspiration was drawn from the traditional rich Khmer culture woodwork found in Cambodia.
